The board of the Temiskaming Dairy Producer Committee is made up of a diverse group of local farmers from our region in Northern Ontario.
The Temiskaming Dairy Producer Committee is affiliated with the Dairy Farmers of Ontario (DFO), the marketing board representing the largest sector of Ontario agriculture. Our overarching mission is to lead and excel in the production and marketing of Canadian milk, contributing to the growth and profitability of the dynamic dairy industry.
One of the ways they actively fulfill their mission is through the "MilkUp" program. This initiative enables them to give back to our communities, particularly focusing on providing opportunities for the children residing in Temiskaming Shores and the surrounding areas. Through these efforts, they aim to enrich the lives of local youngsters and foster a thriving community.
